Tucson Parks and Recreation Community Theater is holding Auditons for Its
holiday production of "Maricela de la Luz Lights the World"
directed by David M. Felix.
The play is a fanciful drama by Obie award winning author Jose Rivera
concerning the adventures of Maricela and her brother Ricardo as they try to
rescue the Mayan Sun god Hunahpu from the clutches of the trickster Loki in
a snowy San Diego.
There is one available female role.
Auditions will be held Monday October 16th, from 6:00 - 8:00 pm at the
performing Arts Building Auditorium at the Randolph Center , 200 S. Alvernon
Way. Actors should bring a head shot and resume and prepare a two minute
monologue. Cold readings will also be available.
