Character Breakdown:Insurrection Theater Company is creating a
performance troupe of adult entertainers for local
performances and private events.

We are seeking: Drag Kings, Burlesque Performers, Tap Dancers,
Ventriloquists, Fire Acts, Exotic Dancers, Lip-Synchers,
Contortionists, Fetish Performers, Balancing Acts, Magicians, Stand
Up Comics, Strippers, Jugglers, Drag Queens, Lounge Singers, Baton
Twirlers, Body Piercers, Clowns, Hula Hoop Performers, Cabaret
Singers, Gender Illusionists, Hypnotists, Improv Comedians,
Freak Show Performers, Dominatrixes, Hipsters, Tattoo Artists,
Musicians, Impersonators, Sword Swallowers, Rock Stars, and
Submissives.

Prepare:If you have an act, we'd love to see it. Sing us a
song, do a dance, tumble, yodel, strip, perform - just bring
it.

Rehearsals Begin: Early December 2006
Run Dates / Shoot Dates: Periodically forever and ever.
Payment: Stipend

Show Synopsis: Got a self-contained act you've been looking to
perform? Don't have an act, but want to put your head together
with other performers to develop a kick-ass show? Do you
admire troupes such as Scandelesque and Dragstar Cabaret and
want to be a part of something similiar? Freelove Cabaret
could be exactly what you're looking for.

Crew Needed: Looking for sound and lighting techs, stage
managers, costume designers, and we are interested in hearing
from people who'd like to be a part of this endeavor.

Additional Info: Dana Cianciotto created comedy improv troupe
Not Burnt Out Just Unscrewed in 2002, and is currently the
Artistic Director of Insurrection Theater Company. She has
worked in NYC with Comic Strip Live, People's Improv Theater,
and attended the American Musical and Dramatic Academy. She
currently works with improv troupe the Light Rail Pirates, and
has experience working publicity for Broadway and off-Broadway
productions.
