About the Film Festival and Contest
Strada Company presents The Tucson Fringe Festival Three Minute Film Contest! This Festival celebrates the compact and glorious world of flash film making. This is a juried competition of artistic, venturesome three-minute or shorter films and videos open to filmmakers around the world.
Strada Company, will select up to 25 petite masterpieces of world cinema to be shown at a gala screening early November 2016.
While the Fringe encourages innovative approaches to filmmaking in a range of genres including narrative, art, experimental, and animation, you should know that:

**Diversity, experimentation, and awesomeness are highly encouraged**
Awards & Prizes
Juror and Audience Choice cash awards are given for Audience Award, Best Narrative, Best Art Film, Best Writing, and Best Director. Other non-cash prizes may be awarded. Each film will receive the Official Selection vector for the Tucson Fringe Film Festival.
Rules and Stuff
Each film must be no longer than three minutes including credits. Artists must certify that submissions are their complete and original work, created in the last 24 months. Entry fee is an industry generous $10. Films and videos will be screened at the Three Minutes of Film Night in early November.
