Subject: Troubadour Theatre Online Fall Classes

 

Troubadour Theatre is offering online fall classes for ages 7-18 starting this week!  Classes will be fully online for our first Fall session in consideration of health and safety of our students and their families in regards to COVID-19.   We may do an in-person Fall II session, this will be reevaluated as we get closer to those dates.  

 

Musical Theatre

Ages: 10-18, All levels of experience welcome

8 classes, Mondays 8/17-10/5 4:30pm-6:00pm 

Online on Zoom

Instructor: Jake Walters

Cost: $120

Students will work together to write a story line and script for a musical they create using existing songs of their choosing.  The students will perform their musical live on the last day of class.

 

Acting II 

Ages: 10-18 All levels of experience welcome 

8 classes, Fridays 8/21-10/9 4:30pm-6:00pm 

Online on Zoom

Instructor: Kristen Wheeler 

Cost: $120

Students will learn acting techniques, work to further their acting skills, and rehearse a play to be performed on the last day of class. 

 

Dungeons & Dragons

Ages 10-18, All levels of experience welcome

2 SESSION OPTIONS: SAT or SUN

8 classes,  Session A: Saturdays 8/22-10/10 1:00-4:00pm

OR Session B: Sundays 8/23-10/11 1:00-4:00pm

(each session is limited to only 7 students)

Online on Roll20

Instructor: Aaron Cheney

Cost: $120

Students will learn and play the classic role playing game lead by an expert game master. Students do not need to have ever played the game before to take the class.

 

Improv

Ages 10-18 All levels of experience welcome 

4 classes, Wednesdays 9/16-10/7 5:00-6:00pm

Online on Zoom

Instructor: Kristen Wheeler

Cost: $70, ($45 early registration thru 9/7) 

Students will spend class time learning and playing group improv games online on Zoom.  

 

Acting I 

Ages: 7-12, All levels of experience welcome

4 classes, Saturdays 9/19-10/10 11:00am-12:15pm

Online on Zoom

Instructor: Carrie Silverman

Cost: $70, ($45 early registration thru 9/7)

Students will learn about acting and create and rehearse a play to be performed at the conclusion of the session.
