Rowby’s Adventures in Folklore

 



 


Celebrate the World Day of Puppetry with Rowby, a friendly alien from outer space as he shares some of his favorite folktales from planet Earth…

 

• The opening appetizer, DOGS, is a romp through the parks of Paris with animated cut-outs.


 

 

• THE DRUM is a tale of kindness and generosity from the Himalaya Mountains with original music by Lynn Anderson.

 


• THE THREE LITTLE PIGS is a fast-paced rap version of the well-known tale.

 



 

• JACK AND THE BEANSTALK is narrated by world renowned musician/storyteller Robin Williamson. The show features a magical beanstalk, a gigantic giant, and a colorfully painted backdrop that turns with the action.

 

Performances : Saturday March 13 and 20 t 10:00 am

      Sunday March 21 tat 10:00 am World Day of Puppetry.

 

In compliance with pandemic precautions, performances are outside at the Tucson Mall stairwell between REI and H & M.  Masks are required and audience groups are seated 6 feet apart.
