Love is in the air!
It's the season of love, and we are pleased to announce three exciting ways you can show your love of Ballet Tucson and help us to achieve our goal of bringing our wonderful company dancers back to the stage for a 36th season! We are grateful for the incredible support you have shown us through this challenging year and we hope that you will aid us in raising $40,000 by March 1st, so that we may bring the joy of ballet back into your life in 2021.
First, enter our For the Love of Ballet: Virtual Raffle! Celebrated Tucson artist and Ballet Tucson collaborator Lawrence Lee has created a beautiful new painting inspired by our dancers entitled, "Waiting in the Wings." With every raffle ticket purchase, you gain the chance to win the framed original painting, one of five limited edition signed prints of the piece or a $1,500 gift certificate for Abbott Taylor Jewelers. Our dancers are anxiously waiting in the wings and can't wait to perform for you again! Tickets are available now, until February 14th.
Next, join us for our For the Love of Ballet: Digital Event! Experience a new and inspiring digital event on our YouTube channel, premiering February 6th. Enjoy highlights from our 2020 Pop Up Performances, our reimagined company ballet classes and past stage performances, with exclusive interviews and more!
Finally, we invite you to bid on some truly wonderful gifts in our first-ever For the Love of Ballet: Virtual Valentine's Silent Auction, February 6th-20th. There you will find gifts that are perfect for this most romantic of seasons. And while we can't share all of the fabulous things we have planned yet, we can offer a preview:
