FST! presents THAT'S THE SPIRIT!

Female* StoryTellers was founded in 2012 as a way for women to share their stories and their voices and platform for women of Tucson to express themselves. We work to promote feminism and equality in our community by empowering women.

Each month women are invited to share their stories in the form of a 10-15 minute monologue. Our theme changes every month, but our mission remains the same- give women a space to speak and share.

In addition to providing this much needed space, we donate money to local organizations that promote women, children, and the arts in order to stay connected and give back to the community that we love.

THAT’S THE SPIRIT!

Let’s hear it for spooky season! Grab your covens, your Caspers, and your pumpkin spice beverages, and send us your stories of the Halloween season. (Really, many interpretation of the word spirit, from boos to booze, would work—remember, all themes are open to interpretation!)

Submissions for “That’s The Spirit” are due Thursday, September 28! Please see our storyteller guidelines for information about how to submit your story. First timers are encouraged!!

We’ll see you on TUESDAY, OCTOBER 10TH at 7pm for “That’s The Spirit!” at The Rock, 136 N. Park Ave! Tickets are $10, and the beneficiary is TBD!
