The year is 1898, the British Empire expands daily and the average Londoner eagerly devours any news of life at the far reaches of the globeIs it any wonder that Louis de Rougemont, who survived shipwreck and a 30-year stint in the untamed Australian outback became a star of the highest magnitude?  Find out more about this fascinating man and the life that was the inspiration for Donald Margulies' Shipwrecked! An Entertainment.

SPOILER ALERT:  Although Donald Margulies' story is a fictionalization of Louis' life, you will find out details of the story which are not revealed until the second half of the play.  But we think it will be worth it!
