PARADE ROUTE

Official Parade of Lights Route Map 2013
The 2013 Parade of Lights will be taking place in historic Armory Park neighborhood. Entry staging takes place along the north and south sides of 13th, 14th, 15th, 16th and 17th Streets from 6th Avenue to 5th Avenue.

Judging Criteria:
GENERAL EFFECT IN PRESENTATION:
The overall effective presentation of the float. Its presentation as it will appear on the parade route. Beauty and creativity.
WORKMANSHIP:
The craftsmanship in the float creation. Detail in design and creation of float objects with the effective use of colors and materials.
PARADE THEME:
The creativity in the use of lights.
ORIGINALITY:
The creativeness and originality in the float design concept.
