Hello everyone in the Tucson Performing Arts Community (and their family & friends) -

Chris from UT here. I wanted to tell you about something we're very excited about at Unscrewed Theater and I'm asking you to please help us spread the word. We're bring in someone who is very well-respected in the "Improv Community" (who even knew that was a thing?)

On Saturday May 2 we have a special guest improviser from Minneapolis named Jill Bernard joining us. Jill is going to perform with Not Burnt Out Just Unscrewed for our Family-Friendly 7:30pm show. We are adding a special 9:30pm show that night so Jill can perform her one-woman improv show "Drum Machine." The description, from her website:

"Drum Machine is Jill Bernard's one-person sweepingly epic unscripted musical featuring multiple characters in scenes, monologues and songs accompanied by electronic drum beats or in collaboration with a musician. The show opens with a brief interview of an audience member, then Bernard creates a musical that weaves details of their life into a historical period suggested by the audience."

This will be Jill's only Arizona appearance this year and we're really looking forward to the uniqueness of "Drum Machine" I'm including a link so you can look at some more kind words about "Drum Machine"
