A limited amount of spaces are available for this workshop.
No audition required but dancers must be at an intermediate/advanced level of proficiency in ballet, modern and jazz.
Housing is not provided but resources are available for out-of-state dancers.
Due to the extremely low tuition fee for 3 weeks, scholarships are not awarded.*

Artifact Dance Project announces our annual 3-week summer intensive for professional and pre-professional level dancers. This intimate and extremely affordable program is uniquely designed to push individual boundaries, increase stamina and strength, and refine skills for absorbing advanced choreographic concepts. Our faculty bring their diverse and professional backgrounds together to direct dancers through 3 weeks of what a professional dance company demands of its artists. To conclude this experience, Artifact Dance Project will present its summer showcase of three performances in the Stevie Eller Dance Theatre on the UA campus. This concert of world premieres in dance will be to the accompaniment of live music. Dancers who participate in the full 3-week intensive will experience what it is like to perform to live music through innovative choreography set by our resident and guest faculty.
