"Bad Jews is a biting, mean and funny piece that leaves us with an awful realization: by looking at the ugly ways we use to justify our sense of right and our righteousness, it reveals that we are all, in some way, bad Jews." Sherilyn Forrester of Tucson Weekly:
"There are plenty of laughs in this play, but underscoring them is a tension that comes with being in the presence of very angry people. . . . But this fast-paced production is given some breathing room. Director Kevin Johnson and playwright Joshua Harmon seemed to sense that the audience needs little breaks, and they are nicely woven in." Kathy Allen, Arizona Daily Star:
"There's nothing like a death in the family to bring out the worst in people. This unhappy truth is displayed with delectably savage humor in "Bad Jews," a zesty play by Joshua Harmon" – The New York Times
". . . the humor does more than entertain — it vexes and disturbs while challenging simplistic distinctions between "good" and "bad" Jews." LA Times
