(January 30, 2019, Tucson, Arizona); Joshua Anbar will join the cast, crew, director and artistic ensemble in a post performance seminar on February 7, 2019 after DANCING LESSONS. Joshua is an autism self-advocate who sits on the board of the Autism Society of Southern Arizona. He holds a master's degree in public health and is currently a doctoral candidate in the Mel and Enid Zuckerman College of Public Health at the University of Arizona. His research is focused on how individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder transition into adulthood. We will discuss how a play goes from page to stage along with Autism Spectrum Disorder and how it affects individuals and the community.
