"How am I feeling? They tell me I have a boggy heart. I'm feeling boggy."

Dusk by Bryan Harnetiaux

Gil has always lived life on his own terms. After his heart attack, his grown children encourage him to make his wishes known, but he's not signing up for death without a fight! In this comical and poignant play, nurse practitioner Elizabeth attempts to guide this unconventional family in establishing end of life care.

Winding Road is pleased to present the first Winding Read of our online season. This script will be read live via Zoom on Friday November 6th at 7:30 pm. The recording of that show will play Sunday, November 8th at 2pm. Tickets for this reading are only $5!

Bryan Harnetiaux's Dusk features Ensemble Member Emeritus Chad Davies in the role of Gil, and Ensemble Member Samantha Severson as his daughter, Nan. Our newest Ensemble Member Mike Saxon makes his Winding Road debut as Gil's son, Micah, along with David Gunther as son Fitz, and Callie Hutchison as Elizabeth. Dusk is directed by Ensemble Member Tyler Gastelum. Artistic Director Maria Caprile narrates.

Dusk will be presented Friday November 6th at 7:30 pm and Sunday November 8th at 2pm. Tickets are only $5 for this play reading. Join us on Opening Night for a special talk-back with the cast, director and playwright Bryan Harnetiaux after the show!

Please note: all show times are Mountain Standard time. If you live in a different time zone, please adjust to correlate to your local time.
