…and this year we're going virtual. Join us to celebrate over 35 years of world-class theater!
An all-virtual experience with our signature silent auction and special appearances by:
Marga Gomez; Gertie and the T.O. Boyz; Quetzal Guerrero (QVLN); Plus a special preview of songs from the musical Anita commissioned by Borderlands Theater.

with 2021 Bridge Events
Happening This Month
Borderlands Theater, partnered with Southwest Folklife Alliance and Local Learning offer free professional development courses for teachers in the Santa Cruz County School District over 3 weeks this March. The course will aid teachers in developing new skills for teaching in the virtual setting as well as concentrate on using oral histories as a teaching tool in the classroom. Educators working in Nogales, Rio Rico, Patagonia, Elgin and Tubac can register here.
The Hilltop Gallery and Borderlands Theater collaborate to open new multi-media art exhibit in Nogales. The six week long exhibit will highlight the early life of Nogales teacher, artist and musician, Sonny Peters through photography, video installations, and music. The show, titled La Generación: Sonny Peters' Generation of Music, opens March 21, 2021 with a reception open to a socially distanced public from from 6pm-9pm. Event is FREE and must RSVP here.
