This week, Dawn's special guest is Jay Sukow!
Jay Sukow has been performing with and without a script for the better part of the past 28 years. A few of those he has trained with include Stephen Colbert, Steve Carell, David Razowsky, Keith Johnstone, Del Close, Charna Halpern, Jeff Michalski, and Mick Napier. He is a graduate of training centers of The Second City, The Second City NW, iO Chicago, and ComedySportz Chicago.
Jay has taught at many improv festivals around the world, including the Oslo Impro Festival, the Copenhagen International Improv Festival, the Barcelona Improv Festival, and the Chicago Improv Festival. He is the winner of The Golden Pineapple, awarded to the best visiting teacher at Improv Comedy Copenhagen.
He teaches at Second City Hollywood and Westside Comedy Theater, and Today Improv, which he founded. His students include everyone from beginners to the most experienced performers.
And today, he'll be showcasing his decades of skill by making stuff up with our very own Dawn McMillen - only on the Unscrewed Theater Facebook page.

Family-Friendly Improv Comedy
You might recognize tonight's special guest from one of our Sunday SmashUps, where they showcased their talents at our Zoom open-mic improv night.
We're thrilled to welcome back - Bianchi & Byland!
Bianchi & Byland is the talented improv duo of Jenn Bianchi + Elizabeth Byland, and they'll be joining us from their homes in the Southeastern U.S.
Jenn Bianchi is an improvisor, teacher, and producer for The PIT-Chapel Hill. She has been an active participant in the Southeastern improv scene for almost a decade. Jenn has taught workshops and classes for DSI, Alchemy, Charlotte Comedy Theatre, ComedyWorx, and several festivals across the East Coast. She is a founding member of the all-female improv team The Land Mermaids. Jenn is a big believer in discovering the joy in improv by focusing on characters and relationships. She has studied with instructors from iO, Second City Toronto and Chicago, The Groundlings, ImprovBoston, Annoyance, UCB, and many more.
Elizabeth Byland is an Actor, Improviser, Director, and Film Acting Coach. She cultivated and honed her craft at the world renowned iO! Chicago and dabbled at Second City. She hails from the original Queen City: Cincinnati, which is where she began her journey in performance as a competitive gymnast. After hanging up her leotard, she flipped right into theatre and received a BFA in Acting and an MFA in Performing Arts- Acting at the Savannah College of Art and Design (S.C.A.D.) where she was the founding director of Moxie Improv Team and performed as a veteran member of The Mobb Line.
E.B. has directed over 150 improv productions, participated in festivals such as the New South Comedy Fest, Cape Fear, Tampa Improv Fest, North Carolina Comedy Fest, the College Improv Tournament and co-founded and produced the Queen City Comedy Festival in Charlotte. She is the coach for Land Mermaids (Durham, NC), Social Insecurity (Senior Improv Team in Charlotte, NC), Folie a Deux (VCU), Running AMok (VCU), and performs with Mom's Adhesive and Now are the Foxes (Charlotte, NC).
The dynamic duo of Bianchi & Byland will be making stuff up with Kate, Nate, Allana, Jon, David, Cy - & your host, Chris Seidman!

Our Sunday SmashUp invites improv teams from across the universe to participate in this fun, one night only opportunity to showcase their skills.
All teams do a five minute scene, and then we mix all the teams up and have some bonus smash-ups between teams.
