Volunteers for All Souls Procession will receive a custom crew shirt for their efforts

Merchandise Booth Assistants
10-15 assistants will help to operate and maintain merchandise booth with a crew of people. Time involved is from noon-10 pm on Sunday November 6, 2011. The more people that sign up, the smaller the shifts.

Ushers
12-20 Ushers help guide The All Souls Procession and coordinate via 2-way radio during the Procession. The minimum commitment involves 1 training session and 1 pre-meeting the day of the event.

Staging & Safety
30-50 Stage crew help build and maintain the stage operations at the end of the Procession as well as a small site along the route. The level of involvement varies.
Stage building begins the week of October 3, 2011 through November 6, day of event. We have a big need for 30-50 extra hands on the night of event--commitment is from 10am-10pm. The more volunteers, the more possible it is for smaller shifts for each individual.
Commitment will require an orientation meeting prior to working and extended training if you wish.

Clean-Up Crew
10-15 Folks to stay after Finale. 10-11pm to gather trash and recyclables from the Finale Site--Mercado San Agustín on West Congress (100 S. AVENIDA DEL CONVENTO).

4 Parade Vultures - to walk at end of Procession and sweep debris from sidewalks into street for sweepers- cool Vulture costume provided.

The Children's Altar Project

Anyone willing to help with set up of the altar and/or take down on Saturday, November 5th (set up at noon and take down at 11pm, probably an hour for each, but even 20 minutes of help would be great).

Opportunity for artists to get involved with the Children's Alter for the 2011 Procession of Little Angels. The opportunity is for artists to participate in the designing and building of the central altar structure. This can involve a variety of possibilities from painted murals to sculptural elements.
