‘The Magic of Christmas’
book & lyrics by Terry Howell
Music by: Terry Howell & Brandon Howell
November 2nd, 2011 from 6:30pm to 8:00pm
at the Berger Performing Arts Center - 1200 W. Speedway Blvd
Please have a prepared COMEDIC monologue
and an acapella musical selection - there will not be an accompanist
You may also be asked to stay and participate in
some improvisation exercises
Production will run December 10th – December 18th
Rehearsals will begin early November

ABOUT THE SHOW:
This classic Arizona Rose Theatre Company original is being revised for an all new
production this holiday season. The 21st Century, technology and Hollywood fame
have reached the North Pole and the elves and reindeer have decided it is
“time for change.” They are going on strike until they get the respect they deserve
and their demands are met. Santa is losing hope because fewer and fewer
people are believing in the 'Magic of Christmas' and he is disheartened by the N
orth Pole rebellion. Will Christmas happen this year? Will Santa make his trip?
Will the Magic of Christmas prevail??
