SB1708 is now HB2156 - The Next Few Hours Are Critical

 

 

 

 

SB1708 is now a "striker bill" and the new name is HB2156. This allowed the bill to bypass the House Rules Committee where it didn't have the support to pass.

 

HB2156 will most likely be up for a vote on the floor of the Senate and the House within the next few hours! We feel we have enough support for this bill to pass, but we need your help to get it over the finish line.

 

Please call and/or email every member of the House (list here) and Senate (list here) right now and tell them thank you for supporting HB2156, the Film Jobs Bill. If you've already sent emails, please resend with the new bill name HB2156.
