Troubadour Theatre Summer Camp in need of actors age 10-18 for male roles in play: 

 

Troubadour Theatre's Antic Arts comedic acting camp, starting Monday, is really in need of a couple more actors ages 10-18 able to play male roles in the play.  So, either boys or any gender comfortable with playing a male character.  

 

The camp will be performing Superheroes: With Great Power Comes Ordinary Responsibility by Ian McWethy.  This play is comprised of a series of vignettes spoofing well-known superheroes dealing with issues in their regular lives outside of fighting crime. We did this play in this camp 7 years ago, and was a big hit with the students, so we are bringing it back!  Some of the male roles we need filled are Batman, Spider-Man, Clark Kent, and Hawkeye.  Auditions will take place on the first day of camp, Mon 6/6.  

 

Scholarships are available for the camp for any actors who would like to join, just email troubadourtheatre@yahoo.com to request.

Two weeks, Mon-Fri June 6-June 17, 12:30-5:30pm
Cost: $295 tuition (scholarships available)

Camp Location: Troubadour Theatre 3308 E Grant Rd, Tucson 

The play will be performed in front of a live audience, details TBA.
