This Golden Globe nominated documentary weaves some of Janis Joplin's best
performances with revealing interviews. Including footage of performances
at Woodstock (1969), her remarkable appearance on The Dick Cavett Show and
her poignant return to her home town of Port Arthur, Texas. JANIS: A Film,
allows us to experience Janis Joplin in all her complicated brilliance.
