This is what it takes:
Apart from the show's director, the Production Manager is one of the most integral and pivotal positions for a successful theater company.
The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the production needs of each specific production (Set Construction/Design, Props, Costumes, Backstage Help, etc) that the organization schedules. They are also the liaison between the shows' director and the committee leaders of a particular show. (This prevents the shows director from going crazy and having to speak to a dozen different people every time).
We all work for the love of it and it has changed and affected our lives!
