Hollywood Comes to the Playhouse!

The glamour and glitz of 1940's Hollywood comes to life on the Comedy Playhouse stage with the production of Tinseltown, written by James Mitchell Gooden.
Tinseltown is the story of the cast and crew at the SOS movie studios in Hollywood.
Dottie MacGillicutty, a fresh-faced young actress from the Midwest, comes to Hollywood to star opposite of the studio's diva, Norma Crawford.  Under the guidance of studio big-wig Sam Ornstein and director Frank Toratelli, Dottie endeavors to follow her dreams to be a successful actress while keeping her values.
Join the Comedy Playhouse as we bring James Mitchell Gooden's original script and original music to life.  Tinseltown opened on August 7, 2015 and runs until September 13, 2015.  Call 520-270-9310 to make reservations.

An Evening with HP Lovecraft

HP Lovecraft is one of the most well-known authors of cult horror fiction.  Although most of his notoriety was achieved posthumously, Lovecraft remains an influential 20th-century American author.
Lovecraft is perhaps most known for his short story "The Call of Cthulhu", a story about a priest-god named Cthulhu, who rises from the "nightmare corpse-city of R'lyeh"
to bring the earth under his power.
Join us as we share the bone-chilling stories of HP Lovecraft, a perfect way to celebrate the Halloween season.
