at the "battle of the sexes".  Ruth and Jack are
engaged. Ruth comes from a Jewish family while Jack is a lapsed Catholic. Ruth is career oriented while Jack is contently happy as a simple school teacher.
Will her parents accept the marriage?
All these complexities, along with the ever-present struggle of young professionals combine to make an explosion of wit and humor in this cleverly written play.
