Join us at the Dinnerware Artspace for The State of the Arts, featuring David Aguirre, Executive Director of Dinnerware Artspace; Adan Banuelos, artist at Art Terrain; Roberto Bedoya, Executive Director of the Tucson Pima Arts Council; Elizabeth Burden, visual and media artist; Molly McClintock, photographer; Rachel Villareal, Project Director at Voices Community Stories Past and Present; and Emily Yetman, Membership Coordinator at MOCA Tucson. Downtown denizen Julie Glaser Ray and Leia Maahs, Community Arts Development Coordinator will co-moderate the discussion while panelists offer their perspective on the future of the arts and cultural sector in Arizona that solicit the questions: What are the opportunities and challenges for emerging artist leadership in Tucson?
