The Speaking Voice Seminar

Do you like the sound of your voice?  Did you know that we can change your voice and make it much more pleasing to you and others?

Some of the things that can be adjusted are: tone, modulation, pace, breathing, diction, and just plain understandability. This is a great course for first finding the problem areas and then correcting them.

The Studio for Actors is offering a two-hour, one-shot seminar on December 19, 2009, 12:00 noon to 2:00 pm.  The cost is $60 per person.  Class size is limited to 6.  To attend this seminar, you must sign up no later than December 1, 2009 by calling Anna Risley at 881-2363.  (Also makes a great holiday gift.  Call Anna for details.)

This course is so valuable for:

  • Anyone who wants to greatly improve his/her voice,
  • People who give speeches or chair committees,
  • People who will be going on job interviews and want to impress, and, of course,
  • Actors and/or voice talents who want to improve.

Also being offered:
Radio/TV Voiceover Seminar
Comedy Improvisation
Audition Technique

All classes are taught by Anna Risley at her Studio (The Studio for Actors), located on 6th Street, just off 4th Avenue.  Anna has 30 years of experience in film, television, voiceover, and stage acting.  To check out her resume, please visit http://www.the-studio-for-actors.com and click on Coach.  Or call her at 881-2363 to sign up.
