Tucson High Magnet School Performing Arts presents

RUMORS

 

At its start, four affluent couples gather in a posh suburban residence for a friend's dinner party celebration, honoring the host and his wife's tenth wedding anniversary. When they arrive, however, they discover the servants are nowhere to be found, the hostess is missing, and the host - the deputy mayor of New York City - has shot himself through the earlobe. Not knowing how to control their confusion, and, given everyone's upper class status, they do everything in their power to conceal the evening's events from the local police and the media.

 

Doors slam, identities are confused, and everything else that you’d expect from a farce in the classic style by one of our greatest playwrights.
