Troubadour Theatre Memorial Day Sale!

We still have some spots left open in our Troubadour Theatre summer camps that we would like to make sure get filled, so we're having a sale this week in honor of Memorial Day!  If you mail in your registration form between Thursday, May 26 and Wednesday June 1, you can take an ADDITIONAL $25 off with the coupon code "SAVE25" written on your registration form.  This is $25 off in addition to any other applicable discounts, including our early registration discount.  This offer is not valid for any registrations postmarked prior to 5/26/11 or after 6/1/11. 

Here's the information for our summer camps:

Musical Theatre Camp:
Ages 8-17 All experience levels welcome
June 20-July 1 Mon-Fri 9:00AM-3:30PM Two Weeks
Performance Friday July 1 5:30 PM
Cost: $295 tuition, $25-$50 off for early enrollment
Production: Thoroughly Modern Millie

Comedy Theatre Camp:
Ages 10-17 All experience levels welcome
July 5-15, Mon-Fri 9:00AM-3:30PM Two Weeks
Performance Friday July 15 5:30 PM
Cost: $295 tuition, $25-$50 off for early enrollment
Production: Action News: Now With 10% More Action!

Rock, Roll, Repeat!:
Ages 13-17, Prior experience required
July 5-15, Mon-Fri 9:00AM-3:30PM Two weeks, half day camp
Performance Friday July 16 6:30 PM
Cost: $195, $25-$50 of for early enrollment
Rock 'n' Roll Music camp, which culminates in a performance of the rock band.


Theatre camps: Cover the entire theatrical experience from acting, directing, and playwriting, to theatrical design including costumes, lighting, scenic, and sound design. The musical theatre camp also includes singing and dancing.

The theatre camps will end with a performance of a fully mounted production of a musical/play for family and friends. All the students in the camp will be given roles in the musical/play. Students will get to help design and build the set and costumes for the play.

Theatre Camps Apprenticeship Program: For students ages 13-17 interested in areas of theatre other than acting. Positions available: assistant director, asst. stage manager, asst. costume designer, asst. set designer. Students are also invited to act in the play/musical if they are interested.

Rock, Roll, Repeat!: A rock 'n' roll music camp for aspiring musicians and singers. For musicians, one year prior experience with an instrument is required. Instruments will be available at camp. The camp will be taught be local professional musicians and music teachers.

Morning and afternoon snacks will be provided daily, but students are asked to bring their own lunch or buy from our box lunch program for full day camps, except for Fridays when there will be a pizza party.
