Three Tall Women

On this Sunday afternoon, March 20 at 2:00 p.m. we're presenting a staged reading of the Pulitzer Prize-winning play by Edward Albee, about three women of different ages reflecting on life and memories and growing older. Albee's frank dialogue about everything from incontinence to infidelity portrays aging without sentimentality. His scenes are charged with wit, pain, and laughter, and his observations tell us about forgiveness, reconciliation, and our own fates. In many ways, the play is like a conversation with our younger selves.

Several people who have come to the staged readings in our Ambruster Play-Reading Series have been surprised that a staged reading is a lot like seeing the actual play. The actors have scripts in hand and there's no set, but it's amazing how much of the play you can see and hear. And this beautiful play is definitely worth seeing and hearing.

Directed by Holly Griffith and featuring Kathryn Kellner, Cynthia Meier, and Safari Ross. Tickets are just $15.

Join us by calling the Rogue box office (520-551-2053) or you can always buy tickets on-line with NO added fees.
