NEW DATES! MARCH 19-28
Rosangela Silvestre returns March 19-28, 2019!
Sol Axe is grateful for the opportunity to host our master teacher at an earlier date for a longer residency! This will give us an opportunity to connect with more dancers, and travel north to Flagstaff, and hopefully in Phoenix as well.
Final details, including welcoming back Kahlil Cummings to lead percussion for Orixa Inspired dance classes, Silvestre Technique training and private sessions will be forthcoming!

Sol Axe is honored to work closely with master percussionist Kahlil Cummings, music director for Viver Brasil. He will be returning this year in support of Rosangela Silvestre, as well as offering percussion workshops in spring with plans for returning in the summer. Details forthcoming.

Sol Axé (pronounced sol- ah - Shay) is a Brazilian and World inspired DRUM and DANCE ensemble in Tucson, AZ. We are an all-inclusive community group open to anyone who wants to spread collective JOY through music and dance in Tucson and the surrounding areas!
