Youth Classes Start this Weekend
Our Youth Improv 101 class is an introduction to improv for 7-12 year olds. This class focuses on instinctive play and creativity as a way to develop confidence, improve listening and speaking skills, and work in groups effectively. We practice improv games and learn the basics of quality scenework. The class has 4 installments and starts Saturday, March 23rd, from 12pm-1:30pm. Zack Armstrong will be your instructor.
Our Teen Improv 101 class is an introduction to improv for 13-17 year olds and will teach you the two most important words in the improvisers vocabulary: "Yes, And." These two seemingly simple words open up the door to our six week course that will provide your foundation for comedy improvisation: team-building, trust, speed, active listening, and agreement. The class has 6 installments and starts Sunday, March 24th from 10:30am-12pm. Zack Armstrong will be your instructor.
