Tucson: Beowulf Alley Theatre Company, production team for "The Birthday Party"

Beowulf Alley Theatre Company is looking for designers, operators/technicians, and stage manager(s) for The Birthday Party by Harold Pinter. Howard Allen will direct. This is the fifth production in our daring and distinctive, critically acclaimed inaugural season. We invite you to be a part of the fun and creative work of theatre.

 

If you can: use hand tools or power tools; paint; sew costumes or curtains; like to shop for props, costumes and set pieces; have good organizational skills; operate electronic equipment; understand lighting and circuitry; we want to chat with you. We are willing to train committed people who possess a good work ethic and a passion for theatre.

 

The planning/design/building phase is from now until opening on March 17th and requires two or three meetings until technical load-in on March 6th, then availability nightly until opening night.

 

The sound and light operators/technicians are required from March 11th through the close of the show on April 9th.

 

The stage manager(s) will be needed from the now through the close of the show on April 9th.
