CYT's Fall Theater Arts Classes Begin Early August

 

CYT's Fall session of after school classes begin:

Monday, August 6th at Mt. View Baptist Church from 6-8pm (6-7:30 for ages 6-7)

Tuesday, August 7th, at an Eastside location to be announced, from 6-8pm (6-7:30 for ages 6-7)

(check our website, www.cyttucson.org, for updates on location)

 

Classes are open to students ages 6-18, as enrollment permits

Student tuition for age 6-7 is $100 

All other students pay $150

 

Keying off our Fall production of Seussical the Musical the classes being offered are:

 

The Mulberry Gang - ages 6-7

Thidwick's Theater (Drama-Reader's Theater) - ages 8-12

Horton's Harmonies (Voice) - ages 12-18

Silly Sneeches (Drama-Beginning Improv) - ages 8-18

McElliot's Make-up (Stage Make-up) - ages 8-18

 

Registration forms and our latest newsletter, which offers descriptions of all the classes, is available at our website.

 

Enrolled students ages 8-18 are eligible to audition for our September performance of Seussical The Musical. Auditions to be held Friday, August 10th from 6-9pm. Check our website for additional details.

 

Don’t delay, classes are filling up fast, plus, students ages 8-18 can qualify for a $25 Early Bird discount if we receive your registration by 7/23 (applications verified by postmark).

CYT Tucson opens its 2007-2008 Performing Season with Seussical The Musical

 

Friday, September 28th, 2007  7pm

Saturday, September 29th, 2007  2pm and 7pm

Sunday, September 30th, 2007  2pm

 

Ticket Prices: $10/adults

                   $6/students ages 5-18

 

All performances held at Crowder Hall in the Music Building on the University of Arizona campus, southeast of the intersection of Park and Speedway. Limited handicapped seating is available. Tickets are going fast. Call our ticket reservation line at 250-7166 to reserve your seats today!
