  Membership/Donor Manager

  

  The Membership/Donor Manager will work with the Executive Director to manage all memberships and donations.  Responsibilities include managing donor software, including data entry, mailings, reporting and other functions.

  

  The Membership/Donor Manager will staff the membership table at The Loft during special events.

  

  Additional responsibilities will evolve to include development work, primarily promoting advertising, sponsorships and grant writing, working with the Loft's Development Director.

  

  Other office tasks as needed as we all work as a team and help each other out from time to time.  Love and knowledge of film optional but not required.

  

  REQUIREMENTS: 

  

  Must be highly organized, have excellent computer  and customer service skills, be flexible and open to new challenges, and have a car, valid driver’s license and car insurance.

  

  BENEFITS:

  

  Health Insurance, Dental and Life, and retirement plan.

  

  SALARY:

  

  Hourly, negotiable, based on experience.  Hours flexible, from 30-40 hours per week.

  

  Position begins June 16, 2008.  Interviews will be scheduled starting May 28.
