BORDELANDS THEATER PRESENTS THE PLAY A TUCSON PASTORELA BY MAX BRANSCOMB , DECEMBER 11-21, 2008 AT THE LEO RICH THEATRE, 260. S. CHURCH.

Join the Shepherds, Sheep and Dog on their trek to Bethlehem to witness the birth of the Baby Jesus. Follow the shining Estrella on a magic journey fraught with temptation and mortal danger, sneaky devils and glorious Archangels.  Beautiful Christmas carols in English and Spanish accompanied by Gertie and the T.O. Boyz Waila band. Piñatas for the little ones. This year the original script by Max Branscomb includes additional material by James Workman and Juana Martinez. Directed by Eva Tessler
