EVENT: 3rd Annual Tucson Transgender Awareness Week

DATES: November 12-23, 2008

 

November 12-23, 2008 marks Tucson’s third annual Transgender Awareness Week. This week will be filled with films, panels, performances, discussions, trainings and many important speakers.

 

 

Writer/Actor Martie van der Voort performs "TransFormations"
Wednesday, November 12, 2008, 7:00pm - 8:00pm, Union Gallery, Student Union, Free Admission
Local artist Martie van der Voort performs excerpts from her original one-actor show, "TransFormations," based on transgender lives and stories. This event will be ASL interpreted.

Sponsors: Center for Student Involvement & Leadership, LGBTQ Affairs, Wingspan.
