VO for Documentary Film
 
Characters include a doctor, a reporter, historical figures and witnesses to a tragic and traumatic event in Arizona history.

The documentary centers on a violent 1982 confrontation between a church group and local law enforcement in the small southern Arizona community of Miracle Valley. Actors will read transcripts of court documents, interviews, and news reports surrounding the event. Voice only. More information about this story and the documentary can be found at http://miraclevalleydoc.blogspot.com/ or by replying to this notice. Voice samples/Video clips very helpful. Recording time in targeted for mid-December, dates are currently very flexible but I want to cast and hire the voices ASAP.

1 Male, Any race, Age 45-60, reading Medical Doctor/Pathologist materials.
1 White Male, 45-65, news quotes from Neighborhood residents. "Average Joe", conservative opinions.
1 White Male, 35-50, reading interview + news stories filed by Reporter.  "Gung-ho", known for digging through trash and sneaking through bushes to get his stories.
1 Latino Male, 35-45, interview of local Law enforcement officer.

Compensation is $100 per recording day. SAG agreement available.
