Tucson's crown jewel of choral groups, the Arizona Repertory Singers, is now auditioning for all voice parts starting August 3. The 50-voice mixed ensemble rehearses Tuesday evenings from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at Grace St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, 2331 E. Adams St. The first rehearsal of the season will be August 24.

Now celebrating its 27th season, the ensemble is known for its musicianship and its delightfully eclectic repertoire, which spans everything from Renaissance and classical works to Americana, spirituals, modern music and new works commissioned for the group. The choir is directed by Dr. Jeffry A. Jahn. Watch this behind the scenes mini-documentary on ARS: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8fAU0BvfSAE
