TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) - The El Rio Theatre Project is holding its 8th annual "Shakespeare in the Park" auditions.
Actors can audition for "King Lear" by bringing a two-minute classic monologue or be prepared to read selections from the script at the Randolph Arts Center Auditorium at 200 S. Alvernon Way on July 8 and 9 at 6:30 p.m.
The show is expected to run for 11 performances during the last two weeks of September and the first weekend in October at the Himmel Park Outdoor Amphitheater.
