at 7:30 p.m on Saturday, May 2 at YWCA, 525 Bonita Ave, Tucson, AZ 85745.

About the play:

The trickster Snow Cap Queen (a.k.a. Lard Lady) works magic on the women of a family owned Mexican

restaurant as they negotiate recipes, body-image and cultural identity across generational divides.

Benefit proceeds will support the development of SheWorXX, as an emerging arts organization

incubated at the YWCA, by funding the development of a performance space, the engagement of local,

national and international theatre-artists, the mentoring of young and emerging theatre artists, and the

production of works by women.
