Casting call seeking 4 male actors.

Audition Date: Saturday, March 11, 2017
Location: Art Institute, 5099 E. Grant Rd, lobby

Logline: A young man who is struggling to move beyond an abusive childhood, has a chance encounter with a woman. The woman provides a brief moment of solace for the young man, which changes the direction of his life.

Samuel: Teenager, 15-20 years old. Medium build. Introverted and not much of a talker, he keeps to himself mainly and is socially awkward in most conversations.

Thomas: Teenage boy. 15-20. Thomas is the leader in the group of boys who bully Samuel. Thomas is assertive and powerful. Quick on his feet and strong.

Bully Extras: Two teenage boys. 15-20. Followers, yes men, strong.

Production details:
∞ Filming late March, early April
∞ Four (4) total days of shooting (shoot days will be scheduled to accommodate actors and that is estimated overall filming days, not for every actor).
∞ No pay, but SAG waivers available as well as all food/drinks and gas covered.
∞ Will receive IMDb Credit.
∞ Copy of film for your reel.

"Through the Canyon"

Logline: Follow a woman's sojourn to find her husband's killers as she travels Through The Canyon.

Mary: A strong independent woman, in her late twenties, early thirties. Traveling through an array of emotions, her weak and humble heart must come to terms with murder in the first degree.

John: Sheriff of the town, he is stern in the face of death, though he is a caring father.

Onawa: Love and sincerity runs through the veins of this woman, who helps Mary.

Aly: Mary's child, raised to change the world.
Nitis: Onawa's brother, watching over her from a distance.

Young Men: A group of four angry young men, some of which have blood on their hands, the others have no problem getting their hands dirty.

Logline: When caught in the act, a man and his friend discuss the consequences of his actions

Jacob: Burglar, A good-looking guy, between 28 and 35, he has a sort of timid nature. He feels remorse when he does bad things.
Alice: Burglar, Jacobs partner, she's a tomboy about 25. She doesn't like Jacob's empathy and encourages him to do his job and stop worrying so much. She doesn't like being told what to do and is generally the leader of the two.
