Arts Congress is a big job and we need a few extra hands

 

 

 

Volunteer at Arts Congress

 

We need some volunteers to assist with several items the day of Arts Congress, March 14, 2017

Below is a list of times and needs

 

6:30 - 9:30 AM | Set up & Registration
Help set up signs & stanchions, prep registration, greet attendees and give them a rundown of the day
11:00 - 12:30 PM | Lunch Logistics & Registration
Help organize boxed lunches as they arrive, answer questions from attendees and lead legislators to their tables
1:00 - 2:30 PM | Trash, Cleanup & Pack up
Make sure all trash has been deposited in receptacles, tie bags off, pack up signs, stanchions and registration materials

 

 

We need a few people to be available for the entire day and a a few additional available for the morning period only.

As a volunteer, you will be provided a lunch and are welcome to attend any of the workshops occurring throughout the day when not volunteering.
