KidsBlox Improv Fun(damentals)
Grades 3 - 6
Four fun-filled Sunday Mornings
10AM - 11:15AM

Improv's not just for the adults anymore! Now kids can share the joys of making stuff up – all summer long.
KidBlox – Improv Fun(damentals) features fun games – many of the same games we play in our adult classes. We'll explore elements of improv: agreement, listening, teamwork, and making good choices.
Each session includes different improv games and topics, so no worries about your kids getting bored. The fun never stops! .
Presented in a safe and encouraging environment, surrounded by experienced, patient, and FUNNY instructors, your kids will have the chance to bring out their inner goofball. During the final class, we'll offer a Showcase for family and friends to see what we've learned.
Teen Blox
Grades 7 - 12
4 Sunday Afternoon Sessions

Improv Intro - Starts June 2
Improv Intermediate - Starts July 7

TeenBlox Improv Intro covers the basics of Improv, just like our adult classes. But geared just for teens!
Students explore improv elements such as agreement, listening, teamwork, and making good choices. We'll practice building trust, improving communication, and making others look good.
Presented in a safe and encouraging environment, surrounded by experienced, patient, and FUNNY instructors, your kids will have the chance to bring out their inner goofball. Plus, it's going to be So. Much. Fun!
At the end of the session, the students will be features in an evening Showcase, on the stage of Unscrewed Theater, where family and friends can see what they've learned.

About Our Instructors
Chris has been a performing member of Not Burnt Out Just Unscrewed since 2005 and teaching improv for over five years. He is currently Executive Director of Unscrewed Theater.
In addition to collaborating with Unscrewed Theater's professional instructor team, Chris has studied improv theory with a variety of improv veterans, including educational directors of Second City and iO. Chris believes the world would be a better place if everyone took an improv class - AND, it's fun!
Cy Barlow is a musician with an IT day job. She's a perpetual student of music, theater, and improv and relishes every opportunity to entertain people.
Along with being the musical director for From The Top, she performs with Unscrewed Theater's Not Burnt Out Just Unscrewed and From The Top and Tucson's nerdiest steel drum band, Apocalypso.
Cy is probably not your uncle.
Rob Sparks has been studying, performing and teaching improv for over twenty years starting at Grinnell College in the 90's.
He's a main stage player at Unscrewed Theater and has performed in well over 300 shows over the years. He's studied with many nationally known improv teachers and brings a wealth of knowledge and love for the craft to his classes!
Scott Shaver was born Houston, Texas, and struggle to hide his thick southern accent. He has performed with Not Burned Out, Just Unscrewed for somewhere in the neighborhood of 13 years.
During the day Scott is better lit and works as a teacher.
