CYT's Winter Session of Theater Arts classes to start in November.

 

CYT classes are open to any student age 6-18. Classes are held in the NW at Mt. View Baptist Church, 3500 N. Overton Rd. and on Tucson's Eastside at Fountain of Life Lutheran Church, 710 So. Kolb Rd. All classes listed below are subject to sufficient enrollment. Classes meet from 6-8 pm for students age 8-18; students age 6-7 meet from 6-7:30 pm.

 

CLASS SCHEDULE

Monday, Nov 12 - Monday, Jan 28 on the NW side

Tuesday, Nov 13 - Monday, Jan 28 on the East side

 

Class Offerings:

 

Once Upon A Time - introductory class - ages 6-7 (this age group not eligible to audition)

Beginning Musical Theater - ages 8-11

Acting: Nuts & Bolts - ages 8-18

Bridging the Gap - Voice class - ages 12-18

Beginning Jazz Dance - NW location - ages 12-18

Definitely Dance! - Eastside location - ages 12-18

Sword Fighting - ages 8-18 (students age 8-11 must have taken a Stunts class as a prerequisite)

 

Cost: Tuition fee for students age 8-18 is $150. A $25 Early Bird discount is available for registrations received by 10/26/07.

        Applications verified by postmark.

        Tuition fee for students age 6-7 is $100 - EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT NOT APPLICABLE

 

Enrolled students age 8-18 are eligible to audition for our Winter Musical production, Annie.

 

Auditions will be held on Friday, Nov 16 from 6-9 pm at the University of Arizona Music Building.
