Subject: REMINDER - Downtown Revitalization Plan meeting June 29!

We haven’t heard from enough of you, so here’s a reminder of the meeting on Monday. We hope you will make time to come and be a part of this important conversation.

You’re invited!

Please come to a presentation and conversation about the
Downtown Tucson Partnership’s Revitalization Plan for Downtown:
Building the New Pueblo.

Arts, history and culture organizations are invited to a special meeting to learn about planning for the future of Downtown.
WHEN: Monday, June 29, 5 p.m.
WHERE: Beowulf Alley Theatre, 11 S. Sixth Ave.
RSVP: Teresa Bommarito – teresa@downtowntucson.org or call 547-3338, ext. 2.
Please RSVP by June 26.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
Glenn Lyons, CEO of the Downtown Partnership, will reveal his strategy behind recruiting private investment into Downtown as part of the larger picture of ensuring an economically strong and culturally rich city core. The goal is to find Downtown’s niche in a broader development plan that includes projects led by the City of Tucson as well as areas that are outside traditional Downtown boundaries.

Discover how the Revitalization Plan is focused on key strategies to make Downtown the beacon of our urban renaissance and to make the area:
• Safer • More accessible • Viable for commerce and development • More attractive & exciting • More livable • A better place to visit • A center for learning

FEEDBACK WANTED:
We need to hear from you! Your feedback is crucial to this process.
Your input and questions are welcome. A survey will be made available at the meeting. We hope you will take a few moments to have your say on this very detailed Revitalization Plan.

We hope to see you there!
