For all those talented young people out there interested in the Open Jar Institute workshop and audition this weekend, there has been a time change due to travel restrictions out of New York. We are now hosting the workshop and audition from 4-6pm instead of 9:30-11:30am. We are sorry for any inconvenience, we still look forward to seeing you all Saturday. Don't forget to register!!

WORKSHOP WITH BROADWAY ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR!

Work one--‐on--‐one with Broadway Associate Director and choreographer, Jeff Whiting (Hairspray, Hair, Young Frankenstein, Scottsboro Boys) in this fun--‐filled and challenging workshop.

 

AUDITION TO SPEND A WEEK IN NYC!

Following the workshop, you could audition to be one of SIXTY STUDENTS who are admitted to The Open Jar Workshop, where you could spend a FULL WEEK in NYC working side by side with Broadway's best working professionals, see a Broadway show every night!

WHAT TO PREPARE:

 

SING: Come ready to sing a 32--‐bar song that shows you 'at your best'.  Bring sheet music clearly marked for an accompanist to play. No music tracks allowed.

 

DANCE: Come ready to learn a dance combination. Wear jazz shoes or sneakers. Bring a non--‐returnable headshot and resume.
