CALL FOR YOUTH ARTISTS

YOUTH ARTISTS AGES 11-24... YOU are invited to have your art featured at Color of Our Voices (G2A)! Submissions can be in any media, from dance and painting to poetry and sculpture, that celebrates youth voice in an age of globalism. FREE TO SUBMIT!

COLOR OF OUR VOICES: A Generation of creative Youth (G2A) is an empowering new event curated by youth for youth, which celebrates the unique creative voices of youth from all over Tucson. Youth ages 11-24 have the opportunity to share their thoughts about youth and globalization, and can present their art or a workshop of their choice.

Workshops include: song writing, soul flute, jewelry making, book making, free art area, voice workshop, the power of monologue, theater workshop, roundtable on arts & social change, youth & globalism - and lots more!

Parents welcome, though this event focuses on youth.
This is your city, this is your voice!

G2A is part of Tucson Arts Brigade's City Wide After School Arts and Civic Engagement (ACE) program, which fosters youth fine arts appreciation and skills in tandem with increased civic participation through the Tucson Arts Brigade Beautify and Unify curriculum. ACE provides an after school outlet for youth ages 9-17 and young adults to engage in the arts, as well as workforce and economic development, while employing art-based solutions to address community issues such as crime, drug use, health, and neighborhood revitalization. ACE is an honors program for all gifted and talented youth.
