Major motion picture stars Stacy Keach and Bruce Dern to visit Tucson, Arizona
TUCSON, AZ, (October 7, 2014) – Legendary film actors Stacy Keach and Bruce Dern will visit Tucson Arizona’s own Loft Cinema as a part of the 2014 Loft Film Festival on October 18 and 19th 2014. The actors will participate in a welcome cocktail party on Saturday, October 18, 2014 at the Lodge on the Desert from 4:30 to 6:30PM limited to 100 guests followed by a screening of the six-time Academy award nominated film “Nebraska” and a Q & A session after at the Loft Cinema at 7:15PM. On October 19, 2014 at 4:30PM Mr. Dern and Mr. Keach will join Loft Film Festival fans for a film retrospective of their work and a hosted discussion immediately followed by an award ceremony wherein Mr. Keach will be presented with the Bob Shelton Award for 2014 and Mr. Dern will be presented with the Lee Marvin Maverick Award for 2014 for their respective contributions to the art of film. The Bob Shelton award is to be presented by Old Tucson Studios founder and local legend Bob Shelton himself. The Lee Marvin Maverick Award will be presented by Pam Marvin. This event will be immediately followed by a VIP dinner reception at McMahon's Steakhouse.
