If you haven't yet ordered your tickets for the "Streetcar" fundraiser, please do so immediately!  Our ticket sales are speeding along, and you won't want to miss this exciting event!

This benefit marks a first for OGSA in so many ways – the partnership with SunLink, Downtown Tucson, our non-profit and the University of Arizona for one.  The very first time live music is performed on the Tucson Streetcars for another.  

We are so excited to present this fun, interactive benefit to raise money for our Grants and Scholarship funds

for opera students at the University of Arizona and Pima College.

Once you arrive at The Screening Room, your destination for the Aria Auction, you'll enjoy wine and hors d'oeuvres and meet the artists who'll be presented for auction.  The auction is the centerpiece in this multi-layered event. 

Everyone's bids will set the program, ensuring an afternoon of lovely music. 

In addition to the many generous individuals we are counting on to bid, consider forming a group with your friends to bid on your favorite artists. 

A group bid is a great way to pool funds and enter the action!

Winning bidders get the opportunity to sit on stage during your artist's performance. 

The highest winning bid will also receives a gift basket.

 

Here's a reminder about the details:

Date: SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 15

3:00 pm: Music on the Streetcars begins (use your streetcar pass)

4:00 pm: Enjoy wine and hors d'oeuvres, and meet the artists

           Aria Auction: Bid on your favorite arias, and take the stage with your winning bid. 

6:00 pm onwards

Afterwards, extend your exceptional experience at Janos Downtown Kitchen,

our generous partner who is donating 10% of your bill to the Opera Guild's Scholarship and Grant Fund.
