HoCo Is Right Around The Corner!
Hotel Congress hosts HoCo Fest this Labor Day Weekend (Sept. 4 - Sept. 6)! For Club Congress' 30th Anniversary, we have three days of both local and national acts bringing their sound to Tucson, from HoCo mainstay Roger Clyne to classic Tucson bands Camper Van Beethoven and Pollo Elastico. Sunday, September 6 culminates the festival with a gigantic Latin night featuring the internationally-renowned Mexrissey. This is Tucson's oldest indoor/outdoor multimedia festival, with great food, fabulous company, and the best drinks in town.
Unknown Mortal Orchestra
The threads of our past never unravel, they hover like invisible webs, occasionally glistening due to a sly angle of the sun. On Multi-Love, Unknown Mortal Orchestra front man and multi-instrumentalist Ruban Nielson reflects on relationships: airy, humid longing, loss, the geometry of desire that occurs when three people align. Where Nielson addressed the pain of being alone, Multi-Love takes on the complications of being together. See them at 7 p.m. on Monday, August 3.
Born & Brewed Is Back!
Starting off Tucson's craft beer weekend is this year's 4th Annual Born & Brewed which is bigger and better than ever. The hunt to find Tucson's Best Beer is taking place at 7 p.m. on Friday, September 18. We've also added a new event to the mix: Bikes, Brew, and BBQ from 1 to 5 p.m. on Saturday, September 19! Enjoy our local craft beer bike tour around Downtown Tucson. You'll also get awesome BBQ, access to our relaxing beer garden, live music, and the chance to support local non-profit Living Streets Alliance.
